Free Unlimited Deliveries
Walmart+ members can buy groceries, household goods, and other items from its more than 5,000 stores and web marketplace and have them delivered to their door for free.
Also, there are no minimum order requirements for most of its products, which is great for users who like to buy a lot of things at once or who like to look for good deals for their retail arbitrage businesses.
Membership Deals and Exclusive Access
Members of Walmart Plus can get special prices on the thousands of goods sold on its marketplace. Most of the time, these prices are lower than the prices offered to people who are not members. This makes the subscription even more valuable.
Amazon Prime already gives users access to the company’s own streaming service, Prime Video. More recently, Walmart added the Paramount+ streaming service to its membership benefits.
Mobile Scan & Go
Members of Walmart+ who like to shop in person can use the Mobile Scan & Go tool on the Walmart app to scan items as they shop and check out without having to wait in line.
Do you recognize it? It’s similar to the “just walk out” system in Amazon Go and Amazon Fresh stores. The big advantage for Walmart, though, is that it is a traditional brick-and-mortar store with a much bigger physical footprint across the US than Amazon, which, at the time this article was written, only had a few physical stores in certain areas.

Members of Walmart Plus can save up to 10 cents per gallon at gas stations all over the country that are owned by Walmart, Exon, Mobil, and Murphy USA.
This feature alone makes Walmart+ worth it for a lot of its subscribers, especially those who drive a lot or drive big cars, especially since the pandemic has caused inflation to go up and caused general uncertainty in many industries.
What Does It Cost to Join Walmart+?
As of this writing, it costs $12.95 a month or $98 a year to join Walmart+. You can try it for free for 30 days. It’s a bit cheaper than Amazon Prime, which is easy to see. However, the next part shows that it doesn’t have as many features.
